This third course in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Scholarly Project Series focuses on the implementation phase of the DNP Scholarly Project, where students move from proposal development to the execution of their evidence-based practice (EBP) project. Emphasis is placed on leadership, project management, and system-level change as students lead the implementation of their project within their clinical or organizational setting. Students will apply advanced clinical competencies, monitor the progress of their interventions, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the project’s success. Prerequisites: None
