This course advances the principles of evidence-based practice (EBP) by focusing on the critical evaluation, application, and implementation of EBP in complex healthcare settings. Students will enhance their ability to translate and integrate research findings into practice to improve patient outcomes and healthcare quality. The course emphasizes advanced methodologies for synthesizing evidence, evaluating its applicability in diverse populations, and addressing challenges such as ethical considerations, resource limitations, and practice variability. Through case studies and real-world applications, students will develop the skills needed to lead evidence-based initiatives, foster a culture of inquiry, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of nursing practice.
